Our service fee. Covers planning, coordination, bib pickup, and 24/7 support during your stay.
Third-party costs (hotel, driver, transfers, gear, shipping) are paid at cost. You get a full quote before you pay anything.
Payment is done online. After we confirm your plan we email you a secure payment link (card, bank transfer, PayPal or crypto).
